Experience:

We bring 30 years of professional training and behavior consulting experience. Additionally, we require professional certification for our trainers and consultants. Certification requires hands-on experience, testing, AND continuing education - allowing us to provide the most effective and innovative solutions.

Methods:

We do not use aversive, correction-based tools (no e-collars, pinch, or choke here!) or methods in our services. We believe in utilizing science-based methods that 1. do no harm, 2. allow the learner choice, and 3. create dogs that are happy and well-behaved because they want to vs. out of the fear of what will happen if they don’t.

Results:

We get great results! Our experience, education, credentials, and science-based methods ensure that we provide accurate evaluations, a thorough understanding of your dog, effective and innovative protocols, and compassionate interactions for both the dogs and the humans.

Professionalism:

We ensure you will be working with a professional with the certification, skills, expertise, and knowledge to provide effective solutions; they will also have a history of successful resolutions working with similar issues before working as a lead on a case.

  • Better Than Bacon!

    As for working with Ashley, it changed my life.

    We thought we had won the rescue dog lottery the day Jake came home! He was the best-behaved animal ever! After 2 weeks, the paralyzing fear wore off, and he started to come out of his shell. At night, when all the lights were out, he was just as scared as he was in the middle of the day. It was as if evil pirates and marauders were constantly invading our house—poor guy. The worst part is that we had no idea. We just thought he was a bad dog that barked constantly. Then Jake and I met Ashley and embarked on a mission to find Jake’s deepest fears and convince him that he could trust us.

    After our work with Ashley, Jake became happy and learned to trust that I had his back. Ashley and Jake taught me how to be a better human, and in return, I gave Jake the chance to love, and he has a lot to give.
